Rotorua

We arrived in Rotorua yesterday. We are staying at the Ibis hotel. its quite nice - I have a view of the lake from my room. The hotel is about 6 stories high and is full. We stayed up last night watching the Black Caps beat Australia. What a nail-biter of a match. It was a great feeling when we won.



The conference began last night with a few speakers, then we started again at 8.15am this morning. I have so far learnt about online learning environments and I am now learning how to blog for the first time.



I saw Miss mcGuigan this morning. She is looking well and says that she is having to work really hard at her new school.

About the Blogger

I teach Year 6 students. I enjoy going to the beach, fishing, running for fitness, and DIY - I have almost finished doing-up my house. I also love entering competitions and have won my fair share! (Including a limited edition surfboard from America and return flights to Australia).
