The Rain!

Well, the rain has finally come to the central Waikato and boy is it needed. With the maze being cut, it's been pretty dusty and dry. The ground seems to be sighing with relief as are some of the farmers in the area. Lets hope it keeps up for the next few days and those beautiful hills in the distance green up a little more.

Pumpkin Day 2010

There were some great pumpkins this year and the biggest was Sam's 104 kg giant. It's probably the biggest we've ever had at Pumpkin Day. Well done everyone who grew, decorated and cooked pumpkin.
