Swimming Lessons

I used to take swimming lessons but the place were I took swimming lessons shut down. But next time when it opens again then I will take it again. The first time I cried so bad I had to go to my room. But when I went the first time it was scary. But the next time it was great. I loved it. Where I took swimming lessons was at the South West pool.

The Halloween Story

I was waiting for my sister to get dressed for Halloween night.



It took hours. Finally I called her to come down so we could go trick or treating. She did not come.



I called for my mom and dad and they came. I said, “Where is my little sister?” And my mom said, “I sent her upstairs so she could change.” I said, “Oh”.



So my mom went upstairs to get her. But when she came down she said, “She is sleeping”.



And suddenly we heard a racket. BOOM!!! My dad went up stairs. My sister went rolling down the stairs. Then she woke up. And finally we went Trick or Treating.

In Japan we sleep on pads called futons. It is not really comfortable.



We dont sleep in separate rooms. We sleep all together.

In Japan girl students have to wear uniforms. Sometimes they have to wear ties.



Some people have to go to school on Saturday mornings.

I made stickers here. It was fun



You have to color on a piece of paper, and then you put it in a sticker machine. When it`s all done printing the stickers, you take the stickers. Then you have your stickers.

When I grow up I want to be a dentist. When I went here I loved it.  We learn how to do different kinds of jobs.



First I had to look in my mouth if I still had germs in my mouth. There was a camera that could go in my mouth. Then you look at a TV screen.I had no germs. After that we got to clean a fake mans teeth. The man was fake to.

There are a lot of ice cream Sundays. The biggest one in th middle. I can`t even finish it. I found this at Sun Park. I think it is the bigist ice cream in the world. The food is plastic.

I went to watch Monsters VS. Aliens. It was sooooooooo awesome.



 








The blue guy was named Bob. He is sooooooooo awesome and funny. I like Bob.



 



 I don’t like the aliens. They walk weird. They also make weird noises when they walk.



 



There are lots and lots of aliens. There only a 4 monsters and one giant.  They saved the earth from an invasion. And good news the monsters won!!!



 



I watched it in I-Max 3D. I was so dizzy when it started. But it was wired when it started too.

The Washington Assessment of Student Learning (WASL) is a little hard and a little easy. We have to write clearly, and I’m not used to writing clearly!!!



 



We did lesson one today. I only like it a little. It was a reading WASL.



 



Tomorrow we will do lesson two.



 



Today for snack we had Tangerines. They were good.

I did a lot of reading. Plus I love reading!

Today we did a Math test for the WASL. It was a little easy.



 



For snack we had cheese and carrots. They were good. I love carrots. They are so so so so so so so so so so so so so good. I wonder what tomorrows snack will be.



 



Tomorrow we will do math two. Also tomorrow is my b-day. (Birthday) I hope tomorrow will be easy too.

Today is the last day for the WASL. I’m so so so so so so so so so so so so glad. I do not like the WASL.I only like the reading one and reading two.

I had an awesome weekend.



 



On Friday I had my awesome birthday! It was a slumber party. We watched Spongbob VS. The Big One. It was awesome.  In the night I could hardly sleep. I fell asleep first.



 



On Saturday we went outside to play, and then we watched TV.



 



On Sunday I went to a meeting. I don’t like meeting. After that we went biking at Alki. Then we went to Pegasus pizza

My mind is on the Earth Day party. I am so excited. We will have the party in the afternoon.



 



For the Earth Day bags winner for a gift certificate kindergarten, first and second grade it was second grade. And for third, fourth and fifth it was fourth grade. But we got a certificate too. Because we did spelling errors and correcting things and stuff.

I think Earth Day means to me to be nice to the earth and animals that are going about to be gone forever, like the dinosaurs.



 



What I'm doing to do is pick up any trash I see.



 



I think other people should stop littering and start to pick up litter. Also I wish people would stop smoking and throwing the cigarettes on the ground, and smoking is ruining people's health, they might die because there will be a hole in their lungs. I hate to smoke so don't start it. It is very hard to stop.



 



Earth Day started in 1970. I think that was 70 years ago. That was a lot of years.

The state I want to go is California. Because there is Disney Land. My friend went there and told me it was awesome there. She also said it had awesome hotels. Her mom didn’t like the food there so we might bring food.  


 


Also I really want to go to Florida. Because of Disney World. And also there are cool rides there, and cool prizes, and awesome hotels. I know that because I looked it up on the internet.

My weekend was hot!!! On Saturday I went to a street fair with my dad, sister, cousin, aunt, uncle, and grandpa. After that they came over to have dinner with us.



On Sunday I went to IKEA and I went into the play room. I colored a Garfield picture but my sister was watching TV. After that we went to the Family Fun Center. We played Minnie Golf. It was fun. We also went to the beach. My sister found a little house made out of drift wood.

My Young Authors book is done and it is ready to be read. Mine has pictures for all the blog articles. It was kind of hard and kind of easy. We copied and pasted from our blog. It was hard finding the last article on my blog.



 



Tomorrow is Young Authors day and I can’t wait for tomorrow. We are going to wear special shirts and read our books in a little group and at the end we get something but nobody knows what it is. Only when they are in the group. Then we get to sign the shirts. It will be so so so so so so so so so so awesome.

I am so crazy about reading. I read almost every day. I wish the world were made of books. My dad calls me a Book Worm. I don't care much about that. At night I sometimes read in bed. Sometimes I read with my glasses on and I read with my glasses off. I have a shelf full of chapter books. I read them over and over again. I just love reading!!!

My Awesome Weekend

My weekend was good. On Saturday I went to my neighbor’s house. They had a party so we went home. Then we went to Barns & Noble. We saw Alex C. Then I saw him at Target.



 



On Sunday I went to my neighbor’s house again to jump in the jumpy house. It was fun. After that I went back to my house to eat dinner. The dinner was fish. I don’t like fish that much.

My mind is on what my neighbor is doing right now. They have this really cool computer. You can touch the screen to get somewhere.



 



My mind is also on the potluck for the girl scouts. It is going to be at Lincoln Park. I think you have to bring your vest. I forgot mine at home.

A Way to Stay Cool

My favorite way to cool is to get a fan and put in front of me. Also I would go to the freezer and stand there, but my mom said I can’t do that, but sometimes I do it. Maybe eating something cold too would cool me down.

My mind is on the POOL PARTY=http://!! I love to swim so I am soooooo happy we are going. I can’t wait!!! It is only for 3rd and 4th Grade. We are going to walk there.



 



Also my mind is on what I am going to do when my sister is at girl scouts besides piano lessons. My girl scouts ended and next year. I am going to become a Jr.

I am still going to be bloging so you won’t be worried. But you have to look under the alumni to find my blog if you want to read it.



 



I am going to 4th grade next year. I am so nervous because the Cooper kids are coming next year. I am especially going to miss Mr. A. I am really going to miss r. 12. It was almost the best class in the history.

I named it Rumi’s Fun Tent because I love camping in my tent and I like all our tents.



 



Next year I am going to have a new password. I’m wondering what it will be.
