Buck McHenry

Book review By Stickman

Buck McHenry is an interesting book. It might be more or less interesting to you as it is to me. I will tell you about it: It has many tricks and confusing parts in it. It starts off when a boy named Jason Ross finds a Negro League baseball card in the Grand Stand.

It said on the stats side that Buck McHenry was one of the greatest right –handed pitcher that had ever live! It also said he once had some scrapes with the law became a school custodian in Michigan.

A little while before Jason went to the Grand Stand, Mac Henry the school custodian of Ever Woods gave Jason a mini lesson of what you don’t do when running to first base. And a little while before that, Jason was cut from his own baseball team called Bear Machine. There happens to be an expansion team being made and other kids were being cut from their teams

When Jason sees the baseball, he suspects that Mac Henry is Buck McHenry. It gets thrilling and exiting and it could be more thrilling and exiting to you if you read the book.
