Madison-2008 Presidential Election

The most important issues in the upcoming presidential election are... health care and the war in Iraq. Health care is important to me because I believe that kids should be able to go to the doctor's office when they are sick. The second most important issue to me is the war in Iraq. I think that the hard working soldiers should be able to come home and see their families that miss them so much.



For the next President, I want Barack Obama because I want change for the United States of America. We have always had white men for Presidents. It would be cool if we had an African American President. I agree with the decisions he has made to change the world. One example is that Obama supports health care for all children.

Madison: The First Dog

I want the Obama family's First Dog to be the bichon frise. One reason I want the bichon frise to be the First Dog is because Malia will not be allergic to this kind of dog. Malia will not be allergic to this kind of dog because it does not shed. Another reason why Malia will not be allergic is because it produces less dander. The second reason the bichon frise should be chosen is because it looks very cute. In conclusion, if the dog is a girl the name should be Issabella (nickname) Issy. If the dog is a boy I would name it Buddy. That is the dog I think the Obama family should have and why that should be their dog.
