Hanukkah

What Hanukkah means to me is a time to spend with my family. I also like playing games with my brother, but the meaning of Hanukkah is to thank God that we had enough oil to last 8 days. The guilt is very good but that is not all Hanukkah is about. It does last for 8 days and that is another thing I love about Hanukkah. We also get presents each day but sometimes my parents like to get me extra presents just for fun. On the last day of Hanukkah we like to count up all of our chocolate coins and eat them. We also light the menorah or candles and sing, which is my favorite part. Last year I made a menorah and we lit it, which I got to do with my dad. That is what Hanukkah means to me.

Gingerbread

This Sat. I am going to build a gingerbread house with my mom. Every year we do that or we go and see other houses. This year we got a kit to build it. And I am very happy. I am thinking of doing the house as a cat walk for fashion. That is what I am going to do with my gingerbread house.
