Open House

My family and I went to Open House tonight and it was really fun (and tasty)! I got to play on the playground, play with some legos, play Math blaster and play with my friends. I'm thinking about playing B.T.D.. (balloons tower defense) it is SUUUUUUPER fun.

A turkey escape story

This story takes place on a farm. The turkey’s name is Sam. Sam lives off cake and the corn that people throw to him. Sam does not have an owner but he has 3 friends. His friends’ names are Stud, Stud2 and Stud3. Everything was going fine until November came. Thanksgiving was only 20 days away and all the turkeys at the farm were getting VERY scared…. One day 2 hunters came to the farm and took out the farmer dude. Now it was all up to the turkeys to try and escape. Just then Stud2 and Stud3 started to pick up stones and throw them at the hunters. The hunters deflected a couple of the rocks but mostly the hunters just got hit. The turkeys got away. They are going to do the same thing next year.

My brother broke his arm today after school. Actually he just fractured it. He was jumping off the top of the curving blue slide, when he tripped over the edge and fell 6 feet to the ground.

How to play tetherball at arbor heights:

 

 

 First, you do a soft serve thingy.

 

 

Then you do a hard swing.

 

 

If the other person misses the ball, then you try to catch it.

 

 

Then you do step two.

 

 

Then you catch the ball and give the other person a chance to touch it.

 

 

If you catch the other person’s swing, then you do step two over and over.

 

 

I forgot to tell you that you can’t rope.

 

 

Roping is when you catch the rope or swing with the rope.

 

 

You also cannot cross the line.

 

 

That’s how you play tetherball!

My weekend was awesome!! I got someone up 2 levels. My friend came over on Saturday and on Sunday. We watched A New Hope. On Saturday, we watched Obi-Wan Kenobi’s duel with Darth Vader. On Sunday, we watched the Rebels blow up the Death Star.

My favorite book is the comic book I made. It is Funny Army. Why I like it is because  Blake gave me the ideas and I turned it into a 10-page comic book. I love it.

I usually get kind of well um… sort of  bad luck. My mom tried to make me dye my hair green. That’s the kind of bad luck I usually get. I must’ve had a streak of very bad luck because mom wont let me have ANY screen time. I can only watch dad do boring computer stuff. When I say boring, I mean REALLY boring.

Today I played DS for 2 hours!!! I played pokèmon and got Machoke up 2 levels so he is level 55 now.  I have a level 65 Gyarados.  I got him a level today when I was fighting the eighth gym leader.

The first classroom we went to was room 16. I don’t think I was ready to speak in front of other classrooms. The good thing is that Blake was the main speaker. I talked a little bit. Like when I told them my name. It was really fun. I was really happy when we got to leave. Haha I’m just kidding. I was not happy when we got to leave.



The next classroom we went to was room 19. I can’t remember the next classroom we went to. Maybe it was room 15.

My weekend was good. As usual, I had to do math before I could play computer. But the games were awesome! I played W.O.W. and got my level 11 mage up 2 levels so it is level 13. It was hard and easy. If you want to see my strategy, just look at the list below. It is really cool.

 

My Strategy:

 

1. Fireball.

2. Fire blast.

3. Frost Nova.

4. Frostbolt.

5. Arcane Missals until the monster is dead.

On my mind is spelling. I am almost finished. Once I am finished, I will go on the computer. then I will do mighty guy II and try to get to mighty guy III. If I do, then I will try and beat the arcade. I’m probably not going to do it. I still have to finish my spelling and turn it in. then it will be time to stop. I might be able to do it on Wednesday. If I can, I will be the happiest kid in the world.

I have a lot of articles. I think my longest one is the A Turkey Escape Story or the 20 Sentences article. My 20 Sentences article has a comment from Jake saying that he thinks it is 21 sentences. The A Turkey Escape Story might have had the most reads. I like A Turkey Escape Story.

Bye room 12! I was waiting for summer vacation SOOOOOOOOO long. IT’S FINALLY HERE!!! I CANT WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW AT 2:20!!! At 2:20 tomorrow, I will be finished with schoolwork for 96 days. That’s 2304 hours to ride my bike!!! I’m working on doing wheelies. I’m pretty good at riding on grass and going over bumps. But I don’t really want to have anyone come over to my house.

Ooh, I wish I was in 3rd grade this year instead of last year! I just read on the west seattle blog that Mr. Ahlness got like 12 new XO laptops! I can't believe you can't go to 3rd grade 2 years in a row!
