This year I am thinking about the wasl. And if it is going to be real hard or not. I am a little scared about it and if my grades are going to be good or not. My best friend's name is Ruby. She is new to my school. She came in the beginning of the school year. Ruby has a sister. Ruby's sister's name is Daisy. Daisy and Ruby are twins but they are not identical twins. Ruby is not in my class but Daisy is in my class. Ruby is in Ms. Salter's class.

Angelina's great escape

Introduction - takes place on a farm out in the country. Main characters - Siobhan as Angelina, Bob, Ruby, and the farmer's wife.



Chapter one

One day Angelina was walking by the farmer’s house and his wife’s. So of course I had to stop by the house and listen to what they were saying and I heard them say that for thanks giving they were going to eat me! Come on me why me. I have been their turkey for a long time! So I was quite upset. So I went to tell my best friend Ruby. After I told Ruby she was upset too. That night I could not sleep at all.



The next morning I did not eat at all. When the farmer’s wife came to give us lunch I did not eat lunch either. After lunch I saw I was a little skinnier than I really am. Then I got a great idea. My idea was not to eat anything. But then I remembered that thanksgiving was in three days. So I still tried my idea



On thanksgiving day I was not too skinny. Farmer Bob was coming out. I could see he was coming out to get me. I had to be thinking of a plan and fast.



Chapter two the next part

Then I thought of a plan and I quickly got right in the middle of the field. Farmer Bob tried to jump on me but I jumped on to him making him fall to the ground. Then I ran into a bush. There was a hole in the fence, a big one. Farmer Bob had no idea where I went. I ran out the hole and into the forest.



When it was dark I went through the hole and went to get Ruby. When I got to where Ruby was she thought that farmer Bob had got me. Then we went into the forest and decided not to come out ever again. Then we saw a farmer and we looked at each other and screamed and ran far away in the forest. To be continued.

CASEY

My best friends name is Casey. Casey is not my only best friend. I met Casey in kindergarten. We have been best friends since. Me and Casey are both in Mr.A's class which is so cool! I am so happy that Casey and me are best friends. Casey and me like a lot of the same things. Like Casey loves animals too. We also both like webkinz. I also like Casey because she is real nice! That's one reason she is one of my best friends!

My plan for Christmas is to get up early and see if it has snowed over night. If it did snow over night I will just look at the snow. And if it is still snowing I will watch it snow. And after the rest of my family wakes up I am going to open my presents.

Casey her mom, her brother, my mom, my sister, and me went to this cool place. The place had a bunch of different lights there. The place with the cool lights had animals made out of lights. There were fish, butterflies made out of lights. There was hot chocolate there to but sadly we didn't get any! At the light place there was a little game you could play. The game was you had to find animals that were made out of lights. Some of the animals that we had to find were hard. There was these animals on the list, there was a starfish, fish, butterflies,dragonfly,and a bunny. It was so much fun. there!

Xo laptops are so cool. One thing that I think is nice about them is when you buy one you are also giving one to a kid in Africa. Xo's are just little laptops and they are slow but so cool. My teacher has a bunch. He even has one named after him, wHIch is real cool.

Today my school is celebrating Martin Luther King's birthday. I have been thinking about how he changed the laws and his speeches were so amazing. My favorite speech he wrote and said was the I Have A Dream speech. I think it was just amazing.

My favorite food is pizza. I just love pizza and it’s ok if you don’t like pizza. I like pepperoni and cheese. I might like other things on my pizza but I just haven’t tried any thing else.



My favorite animal is a dog. I really, really, really like dogs and I think its ok if you are allergic or you don’t like dogs. My favorite kind of dog is a German Shepherd. I think they are real cool.



My favorite sport is soccer. I love so much I wish I could play it every day non stop. One good thing about playing soccer is that a lot of my friends play it too but there are a lot of good things about soccer.



My favorite book is Hoot. Hoot is a real, real, good book. I wish I could read it a hundred times non stop. I think that Hoot is one of the best books ever. I wish ever one could read it and see how good it is cause it is so, so, so, so, so, so ,so, good.

Science is so much fun except that I don't do it in my class. I go to the other third grade class, Ms. Salter's class which is real cool because we're not in our normal class. Right now we are studying sound and it is actually interesting. We get to do things with rulers, that's all we are using but I think we might use some other things later in the year.

I am really happy because I am half way to 4th grade which is really cool. I am so happy too and I can’t believe I am almost in fourth grade. I am also really happy.

It is real bad in Haiti right now. There are organizations that are helping them. My class checked out the websites. I think the best one was Shelter Box. I think it is the best one because it has food, cooking supplies, a tent, blankets, pencils and markers.

We just started cursive in class. It's real real fun. We just did the letter r and h. Those two were fun to do. Cursive is pretty easy for me. It might not be for some people. I know that even some letters are hard and I'm going to have to practice them a lot. I think that if you do a letter that is hard for you just keep practicing that letter.

My weekend was fine and we saw two bald eagles. I also sold girl scout cookies.

Yesterday at 12:50 it started to snow!!! I'm writing about this because it's March and there's only a few more weeks until spring. I'm not sure how long it was snowing for but I do know it was real real real cool.

Today I’m thinking about art. I’m thinking about art because we are going to start to color in our ultimate tree houses. I’m think we might draw some more. But I think we are just going to color them in.



I’m also thinking about music. I’m not sure what we are going to do. I think we are going to play the recorder. We might sing a song too. I hope we get to play a game too.

My favorite book is Flush. I really like Flush because it's about to kids and they're dad and they're trying to shut down a ship that is flushing toilet water into the ocean. One thing I like about it is that it really doesn't use its name until around the end. Another reason why I really really like Flush is because that it's in Florida and they're concerned about the animals and people that live in the water and swim in the water. Plus it has a lot of detail in the book. So next time you go to the library GET FLUSH=http://!!

One day Siobhan came to School with a new pencil. Her pencil was the coolest pencil in the class. It had a picture of a horse on one side and a dog on the other side. It sure was a cool pencil. Siobhan went to show her new pencil to one of her best friends. Her name was Daisy. Daisy had just come to Arbor Heights this year with her sister Ruby. Ruby was also Siobhan’s best friend. Daisy said that is a really really cool pencil. Siobhan said it is a cool pencil. A few weeks later, Siobhan came to school and she looked in her desk to put her books away and get out her cool pencil but she couldn’t find it. She asked everyone if they had seen it. Daisy was the last person she asked in the class. Daisy said they would find it. A few weeks later, Siobhan and Daisy came back from recess. And were just about to start looking for Siobhan’s pencil when Siobhan said we’re never going to find it. Then the next morning Siobhan’s other friend came over and gave her pencil back. And said that Siobhan had left it at her house. So ever since then Siobhan has used that pencil.

Daisy is one of my best friends. She has a sister named Ruby. Daisy used to go to Gate Wood but now she goes to Arbor Heights. Daisy is real fun to be around. She is also a real good friend. That is one reason why she is one of my best friends.

Today is St. Patrick's day. I Think one reason why I really like St. Patrick's day is because I'm Irish. I also have a teenage cousin named Patrick. Green is one of my favorite colors so I was really happy we have to wear green. I don't really believe if you find a four leaf clover you will get good luck.

Chickens

My friends have chickens. I'm not sure how many they have. I think they might have six. One of their chickens is named Porcupine. I really like their chickens. Sometimes they do really funny things. Like when you walk close to them they go running off. Another funny thing they do is when my friends throw old rotten food they all come running up. But sometimes I wish I could have chickens too.

The Spring Vacation

When I was in first grade I went to Florida for my Spring vacation. It was so much fun. The plane ride over I have to say was not my favorite part. But when we got there it was really fun.



One of the days we were there we went to this place that had a tank of those little sharks that look like baby sharks. While we were there I got some real shark teeth. The biggest one was really big. There were a few other things I saw before we went over to the place were they put the shark teeth. Then I picked it out really quickly.



I was sad when we left. I really didn't want to leave. But I had a really fun and cool time. And that was one of the best vacations. I couldn't wait to go back.



When I got back to Seattle I was happy to be home but I also missed Florida.

Going to classrooms

I went to room 22. Room 22 is Mr.Gonzalez's class. They were 5th graders. They behaved fine but around the end they started to talk and laugh but in the beginning they were great. I felt a little nervous when we were waiting in the hallway but when we were in the classroom talking I felt way better. In my group there was Sofia, Lily, and of course me.



We also went to room 4. Room 4 is a kindergartner class. They behaved very well. I felt nervous when we were walking down there. When we were in the class I felt better. We went to class cause our class does earth day bags so we went to them so they could do it too.

Earth Day!

Today is Earth day. Earth day is April 22. Earth day has always has been on the same day every year since it started. Earth day is every day even if you think it isn't. I also know of something helpful, that helpful thing is to pick up garbage when you see it. There are other things you can do besides picking up garbage. Like helping endangered animals. Just the little things can help save the earth.



Me and my friend Liana and the rest of my class went to Safeway. We went to Safeway because our school made earth day bags. Our school makes bags every year. At our school earth day is really big because we want to help save the earth. One reason why we make them is to see that since we are doing this to help save the earth like us. There is one thing I know and every one else knows is that the earth is really big and special and the earth is our home and we need to keep it clean.

The Life of a very interesting paper earth day bag



This is my life as a grocery bag. Right now my life is just fine. Oh yah. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is sun. I am a grocery bag. I just came from Safeway with about a hundred other of my best grocery bag friends. But my absolute best friend is named Polar bear. We were picked up by a nice man named Mr. Ahlness. Mr. Ahlness is a third grade teacher at Arbor Heights School. He said that his classroom is called room twelve. I thought that was a very interesting name.



The next day I woke up in a classroom. After I looked at the places I could see from where I was sitting I woke up Polar bear. Then Polar bear looked around. When she looked back at me she said COOL! I said yah it is a cool place. I then looked at the clock and saw it was 8:50. So since it was early for us we went to sleep. Then at 1:00 we woke up. We were being PICKED UP! A girl named Siobhan was picking me up. She said that she was going to decorate me. I couldn’t believe it. Come on she said SHE WAS GOING TO DECORATE ME! The only reason why I was surprised was that my whole life I had been plain. Then she took me to her desk. She had a piece of paper on her desk. It had a sun, an earth, and a bunch of words but I couldn’t read what they said. Than she started to write and draw on me. After two days she finished writing and drawing on me. I looked wonderful. I had a bunch of different colors on me.



The next day when I saw polar bear she was beautiful. She was colorful too. And she had a polar bear on her. I had a sun on me and an earth. We both thought we looked good.



A few weeks went by. Then on a Thursday a bunch of kids from the classroom picked me and Polar bear up. We didn’t know these kids. Siobhan didn’t pick me up and Daisy didn’t pick Polar Bear up. Daisy made Polar Bear. Then Polar bear and I fell asleep. When we woke up we were back at Safeway! Then the kids gave us to some man. We couldn’t believe they were doing this to us. But then we just fell asleep.



The next day when we woke up we were in piles with other grocery bags. Some of them were decorated and some weren’t. Polar Bear and I woke up early, so early the store hadn’t opened. Two hours later the store opened and people started to come in. A few hours later some one took Polar Bear. I was sad.



Two days later some one took me. She said she had a daughter but she was at school. I was surprised to see that the girl was SIOBHAN! I was so happy to be back with her. I couldn’t believe that Siobhan’s mom picked me up.

how to eat with copsticks

I have eaten with chopsticks before. I’m actually not sure how to eat with chopsticks even though I have eaten with them. But I think I was using them the wrong way but I kind of know how to use them. I at least know that you use them in one hand and you put them in between your fingers and make them go back and forth. Another thing I know is that they're hard to use. And one other thing I know is that they might be hard but they're fun to use.

The M.S.P test

The math M.S.P test was horrible. Well everything except for the snack. The snack was really good. I just didn't like the test. I didn't like it because I don't like tests. I think some of the parts were hard and some were easy.



I think the reading part of the test was better than the math part. But the reading test was a little harder than the math part. I didn't like the test really at all. Math and reading. I didn't like either of them. It was also really boring. I am really, really, really, really happy that the M.S.P test is over.

Things about my desk

I have 39 cool, fun, helpful, and funny articles. Well actually right now its 39 but soon it will be more. I think that it is a good amount of articles but I also think I should have more. I do have more that I have already written about but are just not published because they have things wrong with them. The articles that have things wrong with them and aren’t published I promise I will fix the things that are wrong and get them published.





When I write on my blog I have to get an idea first. Sometimes it is hard to come up with an idea like for instance when nothing really fun and cool or sad and other stuff that would be good to put on your blog has happened or is going to happen. Then it is hared to come up with an idea. Then when something fun, cool, or other stuff that is good to put on your blog has happened or is going to happen then it is easy. Sometimes when I can’t come up with an idea I get mad.





Don’t worry my blog will always be at Roomtwelve.com. And all summer I will be writing articles. At the end of the summer if my parents say yes I can keep my blog for I think for ever. The good thing is that my parents will probably say yes. I’m not sure but I might go or do something fun. Of course I will write about those fun things. I will also write about some boring things but I won’t write about a lot of boring things. I’m going to go to some camps and I’m sure I will do a lot of cool stuff at the camps.

the last days in room 12

Boohoo! It is the day before the last day of school! I hate that is the day before the last day of school. I have one good reason why I am going to hate this year's last two days of school is because it is the last two days that I am going to be in Mr. A's class. I am sad about leaving Mr. A's class because Mr. Ahlness is the best teacher ever. I think it is hard to leave his class since he is such a good teacher. I know for sure next year I'm going to miss him and being in his class more than anything. It is going to be hard not to be in Mr. A's class next year but I will always, always, always visit him. So good by Mr. Ahlness and room 12. I will miss you next year! Boohoo!

Today is the last day of school which is so sad. This is aklso the last time I will be learning in this class room which is so sad. It is also the last day of third grade. I am not going to be in Mr.A's class. So good bye room 12.
