Turkey Escape Story

Hello, my name is Angie, and I am a turkey. I would like to tell you a story about last year’s Thanksgiving. It was pretty bad. It all took place in Louisiana, New Orleans. Thanksgiving was almost here. They needed a turkey. They caught me. The people had a rifle they shot….. I got away fast enough that they didn't get me. These are the characters, Natalie the horse, Casey 2 & Sayeed The pigs, and all the other turkeys. Stephanie, Elis, Cade & Xabrianna. Only the turkeys all wanted to escape together. Every one wanted to help me escape the Thanksgiving Feast. Every one of those turkeys wanted to escape with me. Who wanted to be Thanksgiving dinner? We would flee early early in the morning. We all knew that the farmer would find out, but who cares? We all would would run as fast as we could. Who would know where we went. We did not know where we were going.

Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras is a festive holiday in Louisiana. It is my favorite holiday. Last year my teacher taught me about Louisiana and all the festivities of Mardi Gras. New Orleans has the biggest Mardi Gras celebration every year. People wear masks and costumes and attend all the parades. The people in the parade throw beads to everyone watching. The Mardi Gras colors are green, purple and gold. These are now my favorite colors. I hope to attend a Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans one day.

My perfect spring vacation would be like this: I would have a lot of milk chocolate. And if I could watch a lot of television I would be so happy… ...But who wouldn't !? I hope I can read 11,000 books!!! That would be so awesome… Wouldn’t that be awesome? HEY!!! Tell me how your spring break was for you?!
