Nate-Change the World

Article posted October 29, 2009 at 03:58 PM GMT0 • Reads 75

I would change the world by not littering so pollution won't be so bad. It's already ruining the world by killing all the trees, plants, and wildlife. It makes people think it is ok and they can do it which they can't. It ruins the look of the world.

I chose this because I have seen the world when it has garbage all over. I have also seen the world when it has no garbage. For example Mendon Pond Parks has no garbage. Even Canandaigua Lake has a lot of garbage and boat gas in it. I think Victor should be like the Adirondacks with mountains, lakes, campsites, and people who don't litter.

Littering is also illegal and you will get arrested if you are caught by the police. This is how I would change the world. This would be hard, but I think Victor could do it.

Nate-census 2010

Article posted April 1, 2010 at 03:58 PM GMT0 • Reads 40

When The 2010 census comes the government should put some money to help the poor. They could make homes for them or provide food, water, and shelter. They wouldn't have to suffer in the winter. In the summer they wouldn't have to die of heat. They could actually have some food to put on the table.

They should build some roads or hospitals to help people in need. Stop spending money for schools to buy new computers that they already have. Those thousands of dollars could help stop world hunger. Hospitals could save lives if we built more. They could be closer and easier to get to. Highways would also help people to get to the places they needed to faster.

They could also build sidewalks not so close to the roads so people won't get hurt. Kids won't get hurt and parents wouldn't have to worry about their kids getting hurt or getting taken. You could take your pets for walks without worrying about them getting run over or even killed.

College students wouldn't have to worry about their loans. They could get the equipment they needed to get the job they wanted. They could also get some money to buy an appartment or even a house.
