The important thing about school is that you learn. We do a benchmark test every few months so you can learn more. We use our pencil to write on the math test and figure out the answer so you can get a great grade. We read so we learn more English and how to speak good English. We go to the library to get books so we can read them. But the important thing about school is that you learn.

The important thing about rhinos is that black rhino's horns grow as much as three inches each year. Rhinos have sharp hearing and a keen sense of smell. Their single calf does not live on its own until it is three years old. Black rhinos feed at night and during the gloaming hours of dawn and dusk. The interesting thing about coral reefs is that corals aren't rock or plants. Coral are made of animals called polyps. Most polyps are smaller than a pencil eraser. Coral and algae live together. Coral is called hard or stony coral. But the most terrific thing about coral reefs is that coral aren't rocks or plants.

 

The interesting thing about coral reefs is that thousands of fish of all sizes, shapes and colors live by a reef. For food and safety they depend on the reefs. Shrimps, lobsters, crabs and starfish feed around the reef. A hole in the reef makes a good home for an eel. Reefs offer very good hiding places. The wonderful thing about coral reefs is that fresh water from rivers can kill coral. Coral and algae need water that is the right temperature. Coral reefs need to stay healthy. I agree that plant give us lives because without plants we cannot live. We cannot live without green plants. Green plants give us food. We need oxygen to breathe. Clothing is made using fiber from cotton and flax plants. We eat this food, and so do other animals. Plants give us food because they can make their own food from the sunlight and water.

One day we Skyped with Brigantine. Brigantine is in New Jersey. A little girl ask us questions about which state we live in. So we answer NEVADA. My class did paragraph about the Indians like what they used to hunt. My group did Sara Winnemucca. But the good thing that I liked was when the little girl asked us questions and we answered them. Their where other kids too and they answered us our questions. We talked to them and answered them their questions. At the end we saw a kid that was showing his teeth.

We put it in the cold water and it crash because the air pushed out the steam and the air. Then we did the same thing but that time I did it and it crash like the other can did. Today was the day when we were going to lunch and we are waiting for it to be 9:30 and they were filling the balloon with hydrogen. When they were done putting hydrogen they were tiding the parachute they were putting the pillow then when they were done tiding the pillow we were starting counting 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2.1 and there it goes up in the air. When it got high I was seeing it then my eyes started hurting because the sun of the light. That was so cool. 107,096feet

My High Altitude Balloon Flight

I was sitting in a tiny squish yellow box when I saw

something opening and I started to see light. I was so scared because I thought that I was dead.

Then I started to see two ugly hands grabbing me and laying me on the table.

Then I heard Mr. Crosby saying to Mr. Taylor that they were going to put me on the ground. They are going to put air inside me.

height="180" alt="DSC05518" /> I was so scared. Then I started to see puffy clouds. In ten minutes I was feeling air going inside me. I felt scared. Then I started to feel fat and bigger.

Then I started to feel like I'm flying but I'm not really flying. I'm hanging from the rope in the air. I that felt scared. Then I herd Mr. Crosby telling Mr. Taylor that thy are ready to put the payload and the parachute.

In three minutes they were ready on. I was scared. Then they were counting 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,,3,2,1 and there I go flying in the sky!

I can barely see the school. My friend Jacqueline looked like an ant. Then I started to see the clouds. I started to see a little darkness above me. I was so scared because I never seen the dark before. Then I got up to space. That was cool but I was scared because it was dark. I was lonely. I saw Earth and the atmosphere. Then I was bursting because I was so high. I was starting to see the clouds. It was a long time to get to the ground. In 5 minutes I landed on the ground and I was waiting for Mr. Crosby comes and finds me. I was waiting for 10 or 15 minutes. I was hearing some voices. I saw Mr. Crosby and Mr. Taylor. They were talking about how cool that was because the balloon burst and they found the payloads on the ground. Then Mr. Crosby and Mr. Taylor took me to school and showed the students in my class what I looked like when I popped. the kid were saying Cool! Awesome! Wow! Mr. Crosby and Mr. Taylor put me in a bag. When I burst I smell bad. Then Mr. Crosby asked the students if they wanted to feel the balloon. They said yes, so Mr. Crosby gave me to the class so they could feel it.

Getting Laptop lass Year

One day Mr. Crosby said that we were going to have laptop in 4^th grade. The next day he said that into 2 or 3 week they were going to bring us the laptop. One week bass and they did not came. It was next week and they did not came. But then they called Mr. Crosby and said tomorrow we are going to be there at 10:15 or at 10: 20. It was the next day and they came with lots of boxes the boxes were rectangle. The guys said here are your new laptop then we said thanks for bringing here. Then Mr. Crosby said that we are going to get ower own one. The class was exiting because it was the first year to use a laptop. Then Mr. Crosby said that we were going to wait 1 or 2 month to use them because they have to the wire less and the internet for we could use. 1 month bass and the guys came and talk to Mr. Crosby about the laptop and said the internet is now on you may use them now. Then all the class said to the guys thank you for putting the internet and the wireless. Then we told Mr. Crosby thank for the laptop MR. CROSBY. Then he said open your laptop and go to the internet and play games for 10 or 15 min. Then we all started to play games and then it was lunch and we went to lunch. After lunch is recess and after recess is go to class. Mr. Crosby said open your laptop and go to open offenses. Then it was time to go home so Mr. Crosby said to shut ower laptop down and we did then put it away. And that was my end of my story.

The interesting thing about Maniac Magee is that he was born in a ordinary house in Bridgeport. His parents die when he was three year old. His parents die in a train crash.
