I believe I am not really a resilient person. The events of this year have shown me that in terms of regaining structure etc to my life, i do not have the neccessary skills. e.g. determination and a positive support network.

What can we do in PE when it;s wet?

When it is wet, we could use the weights room or set up a training circuit in a classroom using chairs etc. We could also use the wet days to catch up on theory or just use it as if it is a normal theory lesson.

In health I have learnt that mental health is one of the biggest issues in the world and hits the poorest nations the most. Affordable medicines are not given to millions of people because they can not access it. Many mental health issues are treated with ways that are inhumane. Many women have mental health issues in third world nations around and during pregnancy. Mental health issues include depression, suicide, schizophrenia, epilepsy, obsessive compulsive disorder and bipolar disorder.

My perfect partner can not be defined. I don't know what I want in a guy so I don't know what i'm looking for. Hopefully I just find it with out having to have a set list of characteristics that need to be fulfilled.
