Balloon and Chip Bag Experiment

Description: We are going to attach a green party balloon filled

about a quarter of the way with air, a blue balloon filled about half way with air and an orange balloon that is filled about full of air. We are also attaching a snack size bag of Cheetos. Next we will send the payload over 100,000 feet on altitude balloon.



Hypothesis:

Green Balloon – It might come off and pop by a bird because they popped balloons before.



Blue Balloon – I think it will pop by the thin air because there is

less air



Orange balloon – I think it will stay on because it might have more tape.



Bag of Chips – I think it will come off and land some where because it happened before



What do you think would happen?

Balloon Experiment Results



Description: We are going to attach a green party balloon filled

Hypothesis:

Green Balloon- it might come off and pop by a bird because they popped balloons before.





Results- As the green balloon was going higher it got bigger and bigger. When the green balloon was full and was getting ready to pop the big balloon popped. As the the Payload was falling the green was shrinking little by little until it reached its normal size.



Blue Balloon - I think it will pop by the thin air because there is

less air.



Results- What actually happened- When the blue balloon launched the orange balloon popped before the blue balloon did. When the blue balloon popped there was a little piece of it left on the payloud.



Orange balloon – I think it will stay on because it might have more tape .







Results- What actually happened- when the orange balloon was getting higher and higher getting closer to space it popped. When the orange balloon popped it was very shiny and rencouly.



Bag of Chips – I think it will come off and land some where because it happened before.







Results- What actually happened- when the payloud launched and the chip bag was about to in space it got a tiny hole in the chip bag and lost all the air in the bag.

Legendary Battle

 

One Saturday night after my parents and little brother fell asleep I started playing Gears of War 2. When I was playing Gears of War 2 something amazing happened the soldier that I was playing as popped out of the screen and said “ We need your help to defend our men from the logos ” (a group of aliens) and I said “ Okay” then he pulled me into the TV screen. The soldier geared me up with a shiny silver armor that was made just for me to use, the soldier also gave me a weapon I can use it was a machine gun that was attached to a chainsaw. As I was getting ready to go out into battle right in front of me I saw Tie a Legendary soldier that has the best armor and has the coolest moves. He and I were fighting all the logos that were out there. Then there were only 3 of us and 1 of the logos but something out of know were there came out a huge monster that was the first boss of the game. The Boss was 50feet tall that can kill you with one hit. There was only one way to defeat the beast it was to throw a grenade into his mouth I told Tie to throw me into the air and I threw the grenade into his mouth. When the battle was over Tie gave me a medal to honor me for helping him in battle so I waved goodbye and found a passage way out of the T.V. Screen.
