Under Water Adventure



My dad, sister and I went to California. We went to the lake and I saw a very big cliff. We went on a boat and as were noticing that the boat started sinking.My sister yelled we forgot our life vest! We had scuba gear, we but them on and we swam underwater. We saw this cave,we went in there and there was these amazing jewels,only one problem there was a giant squid guarding them! I slowly moved tors the squid and I grabbed it's tentacle and when I was moving it slowly the squid awoke.We started swimming torses a small area so we can hide. The squid swam after us, we got in a cave. The squid tried to crack the small cave but the squid failed .The squid swam away a few minutes after. My dad peeked his head out of the cave the squid was gone. We were running out of air so we got the the suffice of the water. We swam the the shallow water. We got a new boat and told are whole family about it but, they didn't believe us.

My Brother And I

All the other kids were sleeping in their beds like a bears during hibernation. I was the only one awake upstairs. I went down the creaking stairway into the living room. My brother was on the couch watching a scary movie. I asked him if I could watch it with him? He said, ''Yes if you can handle all the horror going on.'' I thought for about three minutes and replied in a mumbling way “Yes.” So I sat down and watched the horror movie. I told my brother this was a very scary movie as he was shoving popcorn in his mouth. I took a handful of popcorn. I rushed upstairs to get my blanket because of the breeze slipping through the window. My brother paused the movie and said, “Leah are you scared yet?” I answered “No why do you ask?” “Oh I just wanted to know” he replied. After 30 minutes we started the movie we were having so much fun.The movie was just about to be on the best part and my Mom came in and said “What are you two doing up this late you should be in bed!” We said to her in a very surprised way “Mom this is just going to be 1 more hour please could we watch the rest?” She said “Well what are you watching?”. My brother said “Only the World most awesome movie” she said “Ok only one more hour she said in a strict voice”. We said “Ok” we stared the movie were the good part was. We began watching it agin then we said good night to each other and hugged the we went to bed.

My Job Of Being A Pencil

Hi my name is Rose, I'm Leah’s pencil. In the morning she usually just picks me up out of her backpack and she sets me on the table. WOW! Leah is grabbing me in her softest grip ever. Ouch she cracked me and now I am all broken. Yeahhhhhh I have been brought back to live with some tape. I love to write! It is a blast doing those ups and downs and turn arounds. Oh my gosh she is writing my favorite word in cursive weeeeeeeeee! I love to spell the word goose that is my favorite word. Oh gosh darn it! I have to dot the i, I hate that part. When Leah erases me it feels like she is ripping out my internal organs. The day is finally over I am so tired but it was a fun day after all. Now Leah is putting me into my nice warm bed with my other pencil buddies (Leah’s pencil case)

Bottlenose Dolphin

The Bottlenose Dolphin travel in groups and communicate with each other by a system of squeaks and whistles. They come up for air very often about two or three times in one minute. The Bottlenose Dolphin has a mouth that is curved and it makes them seem friendly and loving. These dolphins swim all over the world but the most common area that they are found in is tropical water and other warm water. These amazing mammals can swim the speed of 18 miles per hour and above.
