The reading and math test were good but a little bit hard but I liked them. I like the math one more because the math one has more different stuff and the reading you needed to read a lot but I still like them both.

My favorite animals are dogs, dolphins, and birds. My favorite holidays are Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July. My favorite colors are green, red, blue, and black. My most favorite color is blue because it reminds me of the blue sky.

My Spooky Story

Once upon a time a girl and her brother were walking in the woods. They heard a sound but it was just a squeal and they ran and ran all over the woods. Then they heard an other sound and it was a monster, a friendly monster and a dancing monster and a funny monster. The children were so scared. The monster asked them if they wanted to go to a Halloween party.



The children ran and ran and ran. The monster followed them all the way home. The children told their mom the mom got scared too. They went to the room and the monster went away but he saw a window open and that was the room window where the children and the mom the monster got in, and the monster said “Boo” and they screamed and the monster said, “I just want to invite you to a Halloween party” and they said “ok” and they went and they said “This is going to be fun.”



Then they got there and they said “This is fun.” Then they went home and went to sleep. The monster went to sleep with them too. The monster was their guard.

The Turkey Escape

Once upon a time there was a turkey in Seattle. The turkey was walking. Then a person got the turkey and put it in a cage. The cage door was not locked. Then the turkey saw the cage door open. Then he went out the cage door. Then he saw a window open. He went out the window.



Then a policewoman saw the turkey and went to the person’s house and got the man and took him to jail. The policewoman let the turkey go.



The turkey went to his house and took a bath. He was thinking about next year. He planned for next year that he would hide in his house and that he would not get out of his house only when he would get his food. Then the turkey went to sleep. The turkey lived safe and happy.

Winter Memory When I Got My Ipod

It was Christmas Eve and I was in my house with my cousin.

It got night and we went to sleep. The next morning it was Christmas in Seattle. I went out of my room and we opened our presents.



Then I opened my present and it was an ipod. I screamed because I always wanted that. Then we went to my cousin’s house. I took my ipod with me and I heard songs all the way to my cousin’s house and then we got there and I played and heard music in my Ipod.



Then it got night and we went home and we went to sleep. Then the next morning I woke up and heard more songs from my iPod. Almost the whole day. Then we went to a party and I took my iPod. (I love my iPod.)

My Resolution

This year I’m going to read one book every day and I’ll watch less TV. I like the idea.



My parents think that’s good. I think that’s good too. I’m going to read the book and then I’m going to eat carrots. That’s good for your eyes.



I’m going to watch TV for 1 hour and then read and eat carrots. Then I’m going to eat and go to sleep.

Why the Christmas decorations

How long should the Christmas decorations be still up? I think that they should be up three more days becase it's the last holiday of the month and the year. But it will take a lot of electricity, but you don't have to turn on the lights so you don't lose

electricity.



I like the Christmas decorations because it makes it pretty. I really like the Christmas decorations.

The Beach in a Different World

It was summer in Seattle, it was July 12 1999. One day there lived two girls named Rosalina and Kelsey and her mom was working at a store. Their mom worked a lot and she came very, very, very late like at 2:00 of the morning.



So one day the girls went to walk and they saw a door in a dark place. They went in, Rosalina was the oldest. She wanted to go in the door. She said, “Let’s go in Kelsey.” Kelsey went with her. They saw a lot of curtains. They went through the curtains. Kelsey said, “That’s a lot of curtains.”



Then they got there. They saw a big cool place. Rosalina said, “There are weird people.” They saw pink people. It was a pink world. Then a person came. It was a pink person. Then the pink person said, “Come here.” The two girls were scared. Kelsey said, “I’m scared.” So they went in. Then they went through a door with the pink person. Soon they got there.



They saw a pink beach. The water was light pink. There were a lot of pink people. The two girls were amazed. Rosalina looked at her phone to see what time it was. It was time for the dad to come. The dad took care of them until the mom comes. The girls ran home so they wouldn’t be late. Then they got home.



Then the dad came. The girls told the dad the story but the dad didn’t believe them. So the girls took him to the place. Then they got to the door. Then they went through the curtains. And at last the girls got there. They asked the pink person. The pink person took them to the beach and then the dad believed them. So the dad had an idea. He said “Should we go in the water?” So they had a good time. Then they went home. Then they went to sleep. The next day they forgot about it.

The Pacific Science Center

We went to the Pacific Science Crenter yesteday. We went to the laser show, it was so fun, we could dance. After the laser show we ate lunch. Then we went exploring. we went to the butterfly exibit. It was so fun. I love it.





 

My Weekend

My weekend was fun. On Saturday I had a sleep over with my friend Eva and I went home at 4:00 P.M. It was so fun. For breakfast we had a doughnut. It was so good. Then we played Monopoly. It was so fun. Then we went to the library and got some books. Then the time passed and I left home.



On Sunday my uncle came to my house. So I was bored and I invited my friend to come and play. It was so fun. Then we had dinner and she went home.

Blog Book

My blog book is a book for Young Author's Day. My book is almost all my articles. But not all. The stories from the book is about a blog, like my blog. In the book we could do word art. The word art was fun. My title page has a picture and I made the title word art. It was fun doing our book. I like Young Author's day because we sign our names on the shirts. That part is fun. Earth Day

I’ve enjoyed decorating the bags and going to other classes to give them the bags so they can decorate bags for Earth Day. Earth Day is an AWESOME day, it’s the birthday of the Earth. It’s the best day ever. If you want to see some bags that were decorated go on Earthdaybags.org.

Spring Break

My spring vaation was awesome. I went to california. It was really awesome. I went to Disneyland.



I saw my cousin too!! After we saw each other we went to the house with my cousin, and had a lot of fun. For dinner we went to a restaurant. The food was really good. Then we went to the house, and went to sleep.



Then the days passed. Then it was Saturday and we went to the airport so we would come back to Seattle.



Then we got to Seattle. The next day back to school.

The New Computer Lab

The new computer lab is awesome. The key board is really thin and the screen is really big. The kind of computer this is, is an iMac. The computers are awesome. I love them.



I wish I had a computer like this. I love them.

The Reading and Math MSP

The reading MSP was easy and hard, but mostly easy. The hard part for me was where you had to write something on a bunch of lines. The book was thick. It took a lot of time.



The math MSP was hard because it had more different stuff than the reading MSP.

Chinatown

Our field trip to Chinatown was fun.



First we had our ride to Chinatown.



Next we got there and we went to the Uwajimaya. The Uwajimaya was fun. We went to the book store at the Uwajimaya. The Uwajimaya was really big and fun.



After that, we went to the Fortune Cookie Factory. At the cookie factory it was fun because we got cookies and we got to see how they made the cookies.



Then we went to eat lunch at Sun Ya. The food was really good. We did a chopstick contest. If we won the contest we won a fortune cookie and chopsticks. The lunch was really good.



Then we went to the park. The park was big.



Finally, we got our ride back to school.



I really liked the field trip to Chinatown. It was fun, really fun.

Changing Desks

I think that the best partners were Mackenzie and Victoria. That was fun sitting next to them, but then we had to move desks. Victoria sits in my group, and she sits in front of me, but Mackenzie sits in group one, at the very back. We change desks every three weeks and the week that I sat next to Mackenzie was really fast so bye, bye fast.



My first partner was Cameron. My favorite place to sit is in group one, the second desk and the very back first one.



Now I sit in group three, without Mackenzie, but Victoria sits in front of me!

Bye Bye Blog

My blog is a really good place to write, but now Mr. Ahlness is retiring from the school and I will miss him and my blog, because I can't write on my blog any more, I only can see the stories I wrote and other kids.



I will miss Mr. Ahlness and my blog a lot. The article I liked best was the favorite things. I like my blog a lot.



I'm going to see all the articles on my blog and other kids too. I will miss Mr. Ahlness a lot.



I will miss the XO laptops too. I will miss everything in the class.
