My Sister’s Birthday

My friend and I just arrived at my house for my sister’s party. We went downstairs. And then got some chips. And then we played some videogames. After that we played some pool for a while. Then it was time for piñata. I got so much candy! Then we wanted to burn candy, with my magnifying glass. First we burned chocolate. And then we burned candy corn.

But then we had to go inside. Because it was present time. And when that was done then it was cake time. But his mom and picked up Tyler.

And I almost squeezed in a game of pool. But then his mom and dad said to him get in the car. So we waved goodbye and he left.

The Toe

Article posted October 11, 2006 at 05:18 AM GMT0 • Reads 179

It all happend after school, it was a regular dinner.

But I hated it. But my mom said I had to eat it though. So I sat down in the rocking chair. But when I started to rock in it, it smashed my pointer toe.

And I started to cry. I couldn't go to soccer practice too. When we dropped my dad at soccer practice, since he's the coach, we had to stay for a while because my sister wanted to pretend that she was on the team. Then my mom called the doctor. They said if I could bend it, it wasn't broken then. I could bend it, so it wasn't broken. It was just sprained.

My Brother's Birthday

Today is my Brother's birthday! He is now 2 years old. Today we made a cake for him. We put gummi worms, Halloween stuff, and some sprinkles. But we can't eat the cake until after dinner. Because of 2 reasons. 1. If we eat cake first we'll get full

for dinner. And 2. because tonight I've soccer practice. And it's bad to eat junk before soccer practice.

we painted pumpkins. Then we tried the rock climbing wall. I almost made it to the top, and hit the buzzer. But I slipped off of a rock. Then we went to ride ponies. Then we went inside the school. So that we could play some games. Then we went outside to try the rock climbing wall once more, before we had to leave. And this time I made it to the top, and pressed the buzzer. I was so excited!

Then when Carrick left Riley G. and I traded Yugioh cards. On Saturday I had a soccer game. And we won 3-1 yes. On Sunday Keean came to my house. My mom found a dead possum.

I feel fine about selling things for fundraisers. I always sell lots, for prizes. Like this year I sold 40 items for the wrapping. And that’s enough for the foldable speakers.

Today I am thinking about how Kirby from super smash brothers can hold on to things. I mean he has no fingers. And why he is a big puffball. And why he has no ears or a nose. And I am wondering about if I’m going to sleep over at Riley’s house.

Halloween of 2003

Article posted October 30, 2006 at 09:00 PM GMT0 • Reads 190

On Halloween 2003, I was a skeleton. We were going to my kindergarten Halloween party. They had big blow up toys. I went on one of them. But then when I was half way through, you have to push through to get out. But when I tried I got stuck. I thought I would be stuck forever. But then someone pushed me through. What a relief I thought.

Then we went trick or treating. I got lots of candy. Then I went back home to drop off my sister. After all it was 8:00PM. And she is only a baby. Then I went trick or treating with my friend named Anna. Then when we went to my grandma’s neighbor’s house. And right when we got our candy, there was a decoration that looked for show. So when we got our candy the decoration jumped out at us. I started to cry.

Then when we got back to my house. My mom said she would cook pizza. It was like 9:30PM, and two thirteen year olds were trick or treating at our house. And we hardly had any candy left. Then after that the pizza was ready. So I ate it all up. And after that, since I had a big scare. My mom let me watch some television. This was my worst Halloween ever I thought. But watching some television made me feel better about what had happened earlier that night. And then we all went to bed.

Halloween

Article posted November 2, 2006 at 09:06 PM GMT0 • Reads 192

Two nights ago after school I went trick or treating at the Adrimal. Like Chevron, Bartells, and lots of places.

Then we went back home, and waited for my dad to take me to WestWood Village.

Before he came home there was some trick or treaters.

First there was two boys. Then when they got their candy they said "ah ha ha ha".

After that there was some more right when we walked up the stairs. After that we walk up the stairs again more trick or treaters.

Finally my dad my dad came home and brought me to WestWood Village. It's a good thing most places had candy.

After that we went back to my house. After that my mom's friend and her daughter came to my house. The only reason her other daughter couldn't come is because she had pneumonia.

After that we went trick or treating. Her mom knows a really good block to go trick or treating. Like one house gave me a butterfinger candy bar. Another house gave me a three foot licorice vine.

After trick or treating for a while I got tired. So my mom said we could go home. So we went home and went to bed.

Report Cards

Article posted November 15, 2006 at 08:42 PM GMT0 • Reads 200

I feel pretty good about my report card. I got good grades from 1st through 2nd grade. Since I’ve done pretty well so far in school. Like at the end of second grade I pretty much got all +’s.

I think that there should be report cards because then you can see how you’re doing in school. And because so your parents can see if you like need to go to a new school.

Usually if I get really good report my mom sometimes lets me get some ice cream. Or something like that. So I like getting my report cards.

It would be bad if there were no report cards, because if there wasn’t you couldn’t check to see what you need to improve on. And because you couldn’t get see all the good grades that you have. So it’s a good thing that somebody out there invented report cards. You should think how lucky you are to have report cards, at least on this planet.

I got my report card yesterday and it looked pretty good. Except for in reading it’s my weak spot in school. But everything else looked pretty good. I got a good grade in gym which was really good because gym is hard.

The Turkey's Escape

Article posted November 21, 2006 at 08:39 PM GMT0 • Reads 192

Once there was an old turkey, which was really lazy. His name was Mr. Gobbles. He lived on a farm. One day the farmer said, “Mr. Gobbles was so old that he was free to have." So one day a man and woman came to take Mr. Gobbles.

When Mr. Gobbles came home he took a long nap. When he woke up he realized it was Thanksgiving. He was worried because the man and woman were gone and he was in an oven. But it was all a bad dream. He said, “Phew that was a relief”. Then he went to the kitchen to make sure he wasn’t going to be cooked in the oven. Since it was the day before Thanksgiving he was really scared. Then he realized he was home alone. After that the man and woman came in the door. They had lots of Thanksgiving stuff.

The next day it was Thanksgiving. The turkey tried to find a place to hide. But it was a small house, so he gave up hiding. His heart was racing, and the man and woman were reaching for him. So he started to run around the house. Finally the turkey fell asleep from running. When he woke up he realized he wasn’t dreaming. This time he was being cooked. He was thinking about what he could do. His chest felt like it would explode of fear. He then thought of an idea. The oven had a little crack in it. He pecked through it and flew into the forest. And lived happily ever after. And the man and women were hungry that night.

Thanksgiving

Article posted November 27, 2006 at 09:06 PM GMT0 • Reads 173

My Thanksgiving was awesome. I didn’t have to have anything that I didn’t like. I had some turkey. And I made a new record of rolls I could eat on Thanksgiving. And that was ten rolls. After everyone was done eating and waiting for their food to digest I played poker with my cousin Donnie, my cousin Mathew, and my dad. I was in the lead big time, until I kept getting bad hands. So my cousin Donnie won and I came in 2nd place.

Then it was time for dessert. I had cake, ice cream, and some brownies. But I couldn’t finish it all, because I already had ten rolls. I wanted to sleep over at my grandma’s house, but my sister had already asked. I was a little upset, but my dad said “well we now can play the Nintendo Wii in silence”.

The last two days there was a lot of snow, and school was cancelled. The first day it was great snow. I had a snowball fight with my mom, my sister, and sort of my brother. It was so awesome! We played in the snow for almost 2 hours.

The next day the snow was really terrible. Because you couldn't even make a snowball, because it was all powder. A while later that day my friend Brandon came over. We kept trying to break the ice in the pool. Then the snow hardened up a little. So we had a snowball fight.

The Big Question

Article posted December 6, 2006 at 05:01 AM GMT0 • Reads 346

Today when we left science today in school people were asking "do you believe in Santa Claus". And suprisingly some people said "no". But I believe in Santa Claus. I couldn't believe some people in my class don't believe in Santa Claus. I wonder who brought it up in the first place. But the good thing most people said "they believe". But I just don't get why people said "they don't believe".

When school was out I told my mom the whole thing. She was really shocked! She asked "who brought it up". So I said "I don't know. It was the biggest question I have ever heard. Tommorow I hope the question isn't brought up again.

For people who don't know what the Wii is well it's the new videogame system. I have the following games. Wii Sports, Zelda, Ultimate Alliance and Monkeyball. The cool thing about the Wii is that it is interactive.

Like for Zelda if you want to swing your sword you have to swing the Wii remote. In monkey you tilt the Wii remote to make the monkey go forward. The Wii is the coolest thing ever!

Christmas in Finland

Article posted December 12, 2006 at 11:08 PM GMT0 • Reads 170

In Finland they get their presents the day before Christmas. How do I know this, well here’s the story. Last year in December I went to Finland. That’s the place where it snows each winter.

That year for Christmas I got to go in the woods with my uncle and cousin to pick a Christmas tree. We walked for a long time in the snow. Finally we found one. So my uncle cut it down with an axe. When we got to the house we put it up. After that we decorated it.

When it was Christmas Eve Santa came to our house. He gave us all of our presents. I got shocking gum, a jar of peanuts that wasn’t really full of peanuts, that thing when you open it and something pops out of it, a vote for Pedro shirt, some skis, a jet toy and lots of other things too. I tried to use my pranks on everyone, but I didn’t get everyone. That was my favorite Christmas in my whole entire life, well at least so far. I hope the next Christmas is even better.

Here is my list for Santa this year right here, Dance Dance revolution Mario Mix, Mario Baseball, Nick Scene it and a crystal kit. I hope Santa can get the dancing game, because it says, “ most places are sold out everywhere”. It would be hard for Santa to get it probably. I would be very very very happy if Santa could get it.

The Play Date

Article posted December 19, 2006 at 07:30 AM GMT0 • Reads 297

Today my friend Brandon got to come over. First we, but each game I won. Next we tried to jump really far off of a swing. We both did pretty well. Then we played crazily on the swings. We tried to hit each other with a ball. It was really fun, except for when we got really badly bruised. That happened a bit.

When we came in we had a Lego fight with my brother, which was a bad idea , because my brother got hurt, and started to cry. So we stopped. Then my brother said “ crash trucks”. So we rode on toy trucks, it was fun. After that we had lunch. I had tuna fish and chocolate milk. Brandon had tuna fish and regular milk. When we were done eating we played pool. Finally my dad called from his meeting and said “Brandon and I could play video games”. The only reason is, because well power had went out and my dad had a meeting so we had to use as little electricity as possible.

So Brandon and I played Donkey Konga. We both got a lot of coins. My total of coins is 21167. I almost

have enough money for the electric drum set, which costs 25000 coins. I'm almost there. Brandon's mom had to pick him up, but since my dad was going to help his mom with computer stuff later that night at 6:30 I could come to Brandon's house with my dad.

It was 6:30 so my sister, my dad, and I went to Brandon's house. I played football with Brandon and his brother. We played two hand touch. When my dad was done helping with the computer stuff I had to come home, but Brandon and his brother got to come home with us for a little while.

When we got home we played the Nintendo Wii. We made Brandon's brother a Mii, because Brandon already had one. After we played the games we went upstairs to play with the Puggle that was visiting with my mom's friend. Next we played tag, but Brandon's mom arrived. I asked if Brandon could sleep

over, but my mom said “ how about Friday”. So I said “fine”. It was agreed Brandon would come over Saturday.

My Christmas

Article posted December 28, 2006 at 02:20 AM GMT0 • Reads 359

My Christmas was fun, because I got everything I wanted and even more. Here is a list of what I want:

DDR. Mario Mix, a Crystal Growing kit, Nick Scene It, Glass Chess and Checkers, Mario Superstar Baseball, A 3-D puzzle, Ice Age 2 The Movie with a Mad libs, A 3-D poster, some extra blaster balls for my Bionicles, and a Glass soccer alarm clock. That's what I got for Christmas.

After we opened presents I tried out some of my toys from Santa. When I was done with that my cousin Donnie & my grandma had arrived. So we had our little feast. All I had was 5 rolls, ham, and some carrots. After dinner my cousin Johnathan arrived. After he ate, my cousins and I played nick scene it, but since they were in there twenties they weren't any good.

So we just played the Wii. It was fun, because I beat a boss. And we played some bowling. Later that night my cousins decided to sleep over. We played some poker, but then I had to go to bed.

Power Outage

Article posted January 8, 2007 at 08:52 PM GMT0 • Reads 187

On December fifteenth the power went out. The bad thing about that is that that day we were supposed to go to school, and have a Christmas party. The good thing was there was no school, and we were on Winter break. It was very cold that morning without any power. I had to wear three layers. The only phone working was the corded phone. The night before that my grandma had slept over.

Since all of our food was cold we went to Jack in the Box to eat. We had French toast sticks. They were good, even though I had some doubts. After that we went to my grandma’s house to check if her power was out. It was of course. Since no one had any power I got to go to the beach with my grandma. We found two sticks that looked like snakes. We walked along the beach for a while.

Then we went to beach drive. I got to climb across real rocks. Once I almost fell into the water. When I got a little farther I found a rock with crystals in it, I tried everything, but it wouldn’t budge. When I got to the end we went to Starbucks, and got some hot cocoa. It was really good. Next we went back to my grandma’s house. My mom was waiting for us. My grandma’s power wasn’t back on yet. So my mom, Sister, brother and I left.

We went to the city, because my mom had a doctor’s appointment. My dad took us to get some pizza. It was very good. When my mom’s appointment was done we headed back home through the traffic, and guess what our power was back on. I couldn’t wait to play some videogames. It was a pretty fun day even though the power was out.

Sickness and Snow Days

Article posted January 19, 2007 at 08:49 PM GMT0 • Reads 197

Last Monday when I came home from Riley1's house, on the way home I didn't feel too well. My mom offered to pull over, but right after she suggested that I vomited all over the car. When we got home we figured out I had the flu. I got to watch Ice Age The Meltdown. Man I felt horrible. After the movie I went to bed. It was hard to go to bed. Finally I went to sleep. I fell asleep on the couch.

The next morning I still felt terrible, but a little bit better. I managed to eat some food. I was bored, and I felt bad. The bad thing was I had to drop my sister to preschool at 12:00AM, and had to pick her up at 3:00PM. I played videogames that day. When it was time to go to bed I had a worse problem than yesterday, but I managed it.

The next day my stomach hurt only, but I didn't go to school. The next day was the same dropping my sister off. Playing videogames. Picking my sister up. This day I could handle cheerios. At around sevenish it started to snow. I felt much better, but my mom and dad said I "couldn't go outside, because I was sick". So I said, "fine". 20 minutes later my dad said I "could go outside for five minutes". The snow was great. I had so much fun. When we came in I went to bed.

The next day there was no school for Seattle. I was so happy. There was still plenty of snow. Today I felt great so my mom said, “I could go outside”. We all had a snowball fight. I kept getting my mom's face though. Today I didn’t have to drop my sister off to school, because she only goes to preschool Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Today rocked, because we got to go out a couple of times, and each time we took a break we had some hot cocoa. On the first time my dad took me to a big hill. We went down three times. The third time my dad and I almost hit a car that was parked, luckily. After the big hill he took me to a cool park. Then after the fourth time we didn’t go out anymore. We all went to bed, because we were tired from all the fresh air.

The next day school was only supposed to be two hours late, but the roads were icy so my mom didn’t take me. My sister had a friend over that day. When he left I asked my mom if I could have a friend and his sister. She said, “We have to check with my dad, because when he gets home he needs to work”. So we did, and he hardly had to work. My friends are Tyler and Carina. When they arrived Tyler only came outside first. When he came out he shoved his foot in my frozen pool and it almost got stuck. He got chilled so he went inside and warmed up a little bit. When he was warmed up he and his sister came outside. We had a snowball fight. After a little bit my dad came out we all went against my dad, but then we got cold plus it was seven. When we came in we played Zelda. I already beat the game. So I was basically just showing off. They asked if they could borrow it so I said, “fine”. So they left and brought it home.

When we got there we saw some of our friends. I had 3 slices of pizza. Riley1 had 1. When it was time to start we moved because our friends were being mean.

The first was standard. We didn't win. The next game was standard too, but whoever won got a big prize. And whoever was at that table got a small prize.

Our table didn't win. The whole night we didn't win.

When we went back to my house. It was time to take Riley1 home. So he got all his stuff, and we took him home.

What I Admire About Drake Bell

Article posted February 1, 2007 at 08:34 PM GMT0 • Reads 179

You know Drake Bell from Drake and Josh. I admire a lot of stuff about him. Like he can play the guitar. I want to play the guitar some day when I’m older. That’s one thing.

He can also play the bongos. I think it’s cool he can play more than one. That’s two.

I also admire that he has a CD of himself. I want to get it, but I’m going to wait until it comes to stores. That’s three. He likes long hair just like I do. I think that that is really cool. That’s four. Drake and I have lots of things in common.

He is an actor from Drake and Josh. It is a really funny show. It’s on Nickelodeon at 5:30. That’s five. I love the behind the scenes like the ones they show every month.

They’re really funny.

I think in real life he is a really cool, funny guy, and that’s what I admire about Drake Bell. I hope whoever read this story liked it. Stay tuned for more articles by Logan.

Candy man

Once upon a time there was a boy named John. John loved to steal candy on Valentine's day. He loved skittles especially. One year a kid had skittles and pez. John got mad when he didn't get skittles so he stole everyone else's.

Even though he got fatter and fatter, but he never cared how much he weighed, neither did his parents, because they did the same thing in their childhood.

One Valentine's day John weighed 300 pounds, and he was only in fifth grade. When he got to class it was time for the party. This year he got all skittles. When he had eaten them all the class cheered.

Two days ago [Friday] Christopher's family invited me to come to Seabeck for two days. When we got to the house it was freezing, but we warmed up with hot cocoa. We played the nintendo64. Until his cousins, uncle and two aunts arrived. We had to go to bed at 1:30PM.

We slept in until 8:00AM. The house was warm, because there was a fire. We went outside, and I found a starfish, and Christopher's mom said that, "I could keep it". After that his two cousins, uncle and aunt arrived. That day it was Christopher's little brother's birthday. That day we went to bed at twelve.

We woke up at about nine. we played halo for a while. We also played with dartguns. This day we had to leave back to home, at five. We took a ferry. We finally arrived at my house so I said, "bye" to them.

Multiplication

Article posted February 28, 2007 at 08:45 PM GMT0 • Reads 454

I’m doing great in my multiplication facts. It could get hard sometimes but mostly easy. I learned how to do multiplication in kindergarten. I asked my mom what it was and she said, ”That it’s a number you multiply as many times as the first number, when there’s two numbers.

The multiplication that I find hard is like 13x16=? I don’t know how to figure out those problems. My mom helped a little, but I forgot what she said anyways. It was something really long. Someday I hope I can solve problems like 100000000x329292939.

My Weekend

Article posted March 5, 2007 at 11:15 PM GMT0 • Reads 167

My weekend was fun, on Friday I slept over at Riley1's house. We worked on our science project. We almost finished. We also played Halo. It was fun, then we went out to dinner, but they also invited my momL. We went to Viva Mexico. When we got back all we played was Halo until it was bedtime.

When we woke up it was a rush because today was soccer tryouts. My mom picked me up because only she could register me. We arrived just on time. It was really fun we scrimmaged a lot and did lots of other fun stuff. When it was time to go I asked if Riley could sleep over, she said, “yes”. We picked Riley up he brought his Xbox. We pretty much played Halo until we watched Ace Ventura.

Next morning second day of tryouts, but Riley didn’t want to go so we dropped him at his house. When I got there we started out doing warm ups. Then we played scrimmages only I scored 7 goals. When we went to the secret room they said, “I made it.” I was so excited.

Article posted March 20, 2007 at 11:09 PM GMT0 • Reads 187

This morning my cousin, my mom and I. were talking about laser tag. My cousin is from Finland so I think it's her first time.

We would have to get my dad's host parents [since he is from finland] to babysit. If they could my mom said, "we could do it before she leaves."

I hope we can do it this weekend so we could play alot of games. I think since it would only be us three. We could maybe play four games.

I just wanted to say that if you ever play laser tag you should say you want to team up and then turn against them to get points.

I like reading Riley1’s blog, because he has long ones. Also he is really descriptive and tells you like what happens where it is and who. He names his things very well. Like "Bookmark Begone." Read his blog sometimes will you.

I also like Amy’s blog from Scotland, because she writes her mind. She likes to let you know what she wants to do some day. Like the one called "I Would Like to go to Egypt". Her blog is another one you should read.

I also like Root Beer’s blog, because he likes to tell what he has done. He also likes computers on his blog, and so do I. I think this is the end of my story and well it is so see you later.

Spring Break

Article posted April 4, 2007 at 11:18 PM GMT0 • Reads 191

My spring break plan that will be a lot of fun is that sometime I will go to fun Seabeck with Christopher. It will be lots of fun, because I have been there before. I hope that I find another big starfish. If I do I will give it to Christopher, because he didn’t catch one awesome starfish.

I hope he brings his sweet Xbox with him. If he does we will play cool halo. We will also have a fun brain teaser, but I will have already finished it by then, because it doesn’t sound like it is too hard or anything. We will also cool play halo one. I hope his cousin comes, because he’s really hard to beat at awesome halo.

If we go I hope it is for four long days. If it was for four days that would be awesome, because last time we only stayed for two days, but it was still lots of fun. If we go in spring break it will be great weather, because when we went in winter the weather was cruddy.

It was cold. I hope we get to see the peacock. The last time we saw the peacock I was so close to grabbing a cool feather, but then it flew away. I was so close to grabbing its sweet feather. I think if it comes again I could catch a sweet feather.

On the last day we’ll play halo which is very cool. We will play for the whole entire sweet day. And right before we leave we’ll probably go outside on the coolest beach in Seabeck. I hope we will stay at Seabeck for a long time. It would be cool if the peacock gave us a feather.

On the ride home we will watch lots of cool movies such as, Star Wars, and other stuff. If we see a souvenir shop we’ll probably buy a couple of cool stuff. I hope that we also see another flamingo, because the last time we were there I saw a sweet flamingo.

2nd Seabeck Trip

Article posted April 13, 2007 at 04:31 AM GMT0 • Reads 200

Well now I have gone to Seabeck twice now. Last Monday Christopher's family and I left to Seabeck. We drove to Seabeck and when we arrived we all played with Christopher's dart guns, but we got bored with that so we asked Christopher's dad to set up the Xbox. When it was set up we decided we would play Godzilla. So when we were done with that we played Halo. Then we went downstairs and played a bit longer, then went to bed.

When we woke up on Tuesday we had cocoa puffs for breakfast. We also had some toast. After breakfast we played some Xbox. We then went to a park and played badminton. Then we went to a cool cemetery from the 1800's. After that we came back to the house and played with our ds's. Then we played some war with the dart guns. Then we went to bed.

The next day we had some breakfast. Then we played some pokemon stadium on Christopher's nintendo 64. We then were going to go. When we got in Seattle Christopher invited me to sleep over at his house so I said "Yes" and did so. When we first got there we played with the dart guns. Then we played some godzilla. His brother Ryan then suggested we play basketball. So I did, but Christopher didn't. A little while later Christopher decided to play. Then after we went inside we watched Ice Age The Meltdown. After that we went to bed.

The next day when we woke up it was pretty early. We got up, played a little, then had some breakfast. Then we played some godzilla. We played and then we unlocked a new character. Then we played some multiplayer. It was fun. Later that morning my mom came around 9:30. Then we all waved goodbye, and this is the end of my story.

Pine Wood And Castle

Well I have been pretty busy for the past few weeks, because I have to do a project for reading, and for cub scouts. The reading project is due the twentieth. And I will tell you all about that in the second paragraph, and I will tell you about the cub scout thing in the third paragraph.

Well for reading I am doing a castle project since we are reading Narnia. It is due the twentieth, and I just started this Monday so it might be hard, but I am pretty much done with it all I need to do is spray paint it a little more, and I will be done.

Now I will tell you about the Pine Wood Derby. It is for cub scouts. So anyways you get a block of wood then you have to turn it into some type of racing car. I am doing a sofa for fun. It is due The twenty seventh of April.

The hard part is my head has been spinning like crazy. Since one day my mom says I have to work on my castle. Another day my dad says get ready to work on the Pine Wood derby. So I have a crazy schedule as you can imagine.

The Dirty Planet

Article posted April 20, 2007 at 06:55 PM GMT0 • Reads 193

Once there was a planet called Stinkburg. It was the most dirty, most stinky, most horrible looking in the whole entire galaxy. It did not believe in Earth Day, so it was very stinky.

One day they decided to dirty up all the planets. [Not in order of course.] First Neptune, then Venus, Saturn, Mercury, and when they finally they went to earth they were dropping garbage cans all over the planet, but earth used their towels of justice.

They then decided to ask, “Why don’t you like to have a dirty planet?” So they said, “Because then your planet would start to smell, now really would like a stinky planet?” So they said, “No.” So they left earth alone.

Then they apologized to all the other planets, and cleaned them all up. When they got to their own planet they cleaned up, then they started to say “Thank you life forms from earth, for telling us about earth day.”

My weekend was a lot of fun. On Friday Riley1, Christopher slept over at my house. It was a lot of fun. Riley brought his XBOX over, and Jack the Puggle came over at our house for a week from then. We played halo for quite a long time. Then we watched Godzilla Tokyo S.O.S. Then we played a little halo, and went to bed.

On Saturday we went to Lincoln Park, and went into the bushes to some sort of secret hideout. It was a lot of fun, because we also got to see Mr. Ahlness there. We said hi to him. Later that day two more puppies came over.

I had a lot of fun doing the WASL. I thought it was going to be math, but that was okay. I thought I did pretty well. It wasn’t too hard there was only one problem I got stuck on, but then I figured it out.

WASL

Article posted April 27, 2007 at 10:54 PM GMT0 • Reads 176

Monday:

I had a lot of fun doing the WASL. I thought it was going to be math, but that was okay. I thought I did pretty well. It wasn’t too hard, there was only one problem I got stuck on, but then I figured it out.

Tuesday:

The WASL is going very well, but I can’t really prove it, because we don’t get to see how well we did on it until we are in the fourth grade, which is a funny rule, don’t you think it is a funny rule?

Tuesday:

I can’t wait until we do the math version of the WASL. It will be a lot of fun, because I am better of math. I also think it will be fun, because the reading part of the WASL was really easy.

Wednesday:

Boy was the WASL math part easy. The questions were very easy, but I still took my time because that would be worth 0 points. I think I didn’t even get any single problem wrong in that test, because if you rush through you could have skipped a page, and that would be bad.

Wednesday:

I think that tomorrow that on the math part it will be kind of harder, but I will still get a lot of them right. It will be even more fun than the last test, because it will probably have fun questions.

Thursday:

The WASL on Friday will be the most fun, because it will be the hardest, but it will still be easy. I will still take my time of course. Well of course I think I should tell a tip on the WASL never rush through, because our teacher said, “if you rush through you could skip a page on accident.”

Thursday:

I thought the WASL math today was the same as yesterday. It was maybe a tiny harder. It was still easy to me though. If Friday is hard I would be shocked, since yesterday’s was very easy.

Friday:

I thought the WASL was very easy. I still took my time so I wouldn’t skip a page though. I think I’ll tell you one thing. When you take the WASL in third grade don’t pressure yourself.

Last year I went to New York. It was a lot of fun. My dad didn’t come, the reason I don’t know really. When I got to New York we waited in the waiting room for a long time. Finally my Aunt came. She told my mom and brother and sister to go with my Uncle.

She let me ride with her in a Taxi. We had a lot of fun riding in a taxi.

When we went to my Aunt’s house my cousins offered me some macaroni and cheese. So I ate it when it was ready. I also played my DS well I was eating the macaroni and cheese. It tasted very good.

Later they had a party my other cousins came over. We all had a party together, though I don’t know what the special occasion. Later that night after the party my other three cousins from the party invited me to come to this one Chinese acrobatics. It was a very neat show. Then after that I slept over at their house.

Chapter 2

The Next Day

When I woke up my mom picked me up. So I got dressed and all that stuff. Later when we were driving around the city we decided to go to my Godmother’s house. We also saw my Uncle there. He shortly visited then went to jog.

Then I went to my Aunts house again. I went to my other Aunt’s house too. Then we were just driving around the city a little bit more. I got bored driving so I asked if I could sleep over at my cousin’s house again. So she said, “Yes.” So I started to see what I wanted to bring.

So later my mom took me to their house in about midday. Then I said how about we played tag with a toy so they all agreed to do it. I was it first. Then we played a little bit longer. Then we stopped and got a drink. Then I showed my cousin my DS. He beat a staff ghost data.

Then they took me to the city me only without my mom, sister, and brother. First they took me to a souvenir shop. My mom gave me 60$. I bought a crystal sculpture thing of the twin towers. I also bought a model of the empire state building, with a toy of King Kong on it. Then we went to the Empire State Building. It was very cool. We took a train ride home, and the way there.

Later we went to see the radio street Christmas show. It was a lot of fun, because it looked like the people were doing a lot of cool stuff. When it was over we went home. I played my DS. I slept over at their house.

Later that night I had to say bye by to my other three cousins in New York. I said goodbye to them at a Burger King. I had a kid’s meal. Then I went to my Aunt’s house to sleep over

My three-day weekend was good. On Saturday I got to go to the beach. I found a crystal at the beach. We had a lot of fun. I also had to get my pictures taken. I also got to go to a swimming pool. Whenever my little brother tried to jump in he would pretend to jump to you then jump the other way.

On Sunday I had a lot of fun, because I got to play my DS a lot that day. It was also fun, because I got to see Shrek 3. It was a very good movie. It was also a very funny movie at the same time.

On Memorial Day I didn’t do any thing special. I walked to Safeway. Then I had my grandma over for a barbecue. Then I watched the Stanley Cup with my dad. The Anaheim Ducks won.

May 30, 2007

I think that our last classroom accomplishment should be that we are working on a PowerPoint about the pike place market. Also we should say we are working on a mile run PowerPoint. So the school can know about it.

May 31, 2007

I am thinking about this Saturday. I get to do pigs on parade. Riley is going to drive with me there. The crowd has over ten- thousand people. I think it will be a lot of fun, because you get to pull a pig.

I am also thinking about Saturday night I get to sleep over at Christopher’s house. The cool part is that some of Christopher’s family is going to join us for some dinner. I wonder what we are going to have for dinner.

I am also thinking about thinking about Pok’emon Pearl, because I lost the privilege for two days, but tomorrow I get to have it back. I also think that I will try to catch a new Pok’emon.

June 1, 2007

My weekend plans are tomorrow I am going to do pigs on parade. Then later that night I am going to spend the night at Christopher’s house. He just got an XBOX 360. We will probably play it for a long time.

On Sunday I am going to go to swim. I am going to go to the pool at my mom’s gym. I think that when I go there I will be able to pass the swim test. It’s very hard, because you have to swim from 3 feet to five feet. After that I think that I will just play some of my DS games like Pok’emon Pearl. I will probably catch the pokemon called Dialga, but it will be hard.

Good Things About a Blog

Article posted June 7, 2007 at 08:45 PM GMT0 • Reads 366

I think it is good to have a blog, because you get comments from people around the world. You get places from China, New York, New Zealand and etc. It is cool so you should try blogging. It means that people from around the world can read your writing. [That is if they have a computer/laptop.]

Another good thing about blogging is that you can write as much as you want. It is cool, because you can write stuff that can be fantasy. It could also be true stories that have really happened in your life. So you should really have a blog, at least I think so. The age for blogging should be until you fully know how to type.

Also in our class blog you can change the background like peace signs, and space stuff etc. There is one background you can pick the colors like let’s say you want blue yellow and red and yellow. You just pick the white background then you do change font color. Another thing is you can read other blogs from around the world. Personally I think that is pretty cool.

The biggest reason that I think blogging is good is, because it is what’s the word I’m looking for. I think that the word that I am looking for again, oh yeah that word would be fun. I think next year my teacher will let us keep blogging, and we could be the room 12 alumni, also because it will make you a better writer for when you get older. So I think blogs are a good thing.

I think that my fourth grade teacher will either let me have a blog in her class or she might let us be in room twelve alumni. I hope she will be a nice teacher. I know she will be a nice teacher. At least at this school all teachers are nice, because at my old school some of the teachers there were mean to me, and I didn’t like that.

Weird Story

Article posted June 13, 2007 at 08:46 PM GMT0 • Reads 458

There was a boy who went to kindergarten. He loved the chimpanzee at the zoo named Jim. The boy loved pizza too. The boy wore special pajamas. He played the banjo.

The boy liked to go to kindergarten, he liked his teacher, her name was Mrs. Pizza. He also liked the kids in his class. There were four friends he had, Micheal, James, Connor, and Ryan.

That weekend the boy went to the zoo. He visited the chimpanzee named Jim, He watched Jim as he ate bananas. He visited a few other animals like bats, tigers, and monkeys. When he was done with the zoo he told his friends how fun it was.

One night the boy went out to eat pizza. He went to his favorite restaurant. The name of the restraunt was Peterpiper's Pizza. He loved pecan pizza. He did not like though how it took so long for the pizza to come, but when it came it tasted delicious.

He liked very special pajamas. There were red, blue, and green. He wore the pajamas almost everyday, but one time, which was the only time he didn't use them was when he got some mud on them. He had to put them in the washing machine. Don Don Don.

The last thing the boy liked to do was play the banjo. He knew how to play every song there was. He could play stuff from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, to Mozart. He was in a band with his four friends, they were called the Friends.

My weekend was good on Wednesday I went on a trip to Indianapolis. We arrived at Thursday. We got to get a lot of autographs. When the day was almost done I we went back to the place we were staying at. All of us showered. It was about 100 degrees. It was a very hot day so we were sweaty.

On Friday we all went to see the cars practice. Then we went to see if we could get any more autographs. We didn’t get to see the Indy cars practice, but that was ok. We had to shower, because we were so sweaty. We went to see the firecracker store though it was closed.

The next day was qualifying. The driver we wanted to get got 4th which is ok. We got to see a lot of drivers. We got to go to the firecracker store it was open. We got cool firecrackers. I got to get a backpack, and jersey. I got to meet my cousins.

The next day was race day. We had a lot of fun. We got to see a car go on fire. It was very cool, but it was not cool for him. We also had to leave that day. I had a fun time in that place.

My summer plans are on the fifth of July I am going to Ocean Shores with my friend Tyler. We have been doing it for the past two years. We have had lots of fun in the past. This year it will be fun, because of the heat. When you go to the beach in the tide you will get soaking wet. If you go very far out there are big waves. Then you might fall down.

If you go to a different place that has motorcycles you can ride as long if as you are not driving, unless you have a driver. You can also rent stuff, such as. Scooters, you can rent almost any off-road vehicle, you can rent this that is my favorite scooter motorcycles, and they are fun.

In August my cousins from New York, who I don’t see often are coming to visit. Alex the oldest, is coming first, then his two sisters, Kaity, and Sarah. It will be fun, because Alex has some Wii games. Alex is very fun when it comes to videogames, Kaity and Sarah like running around.

Triple Sleep Over

Article posted June 26, 2007 at 03:57 AM GMT0 • Reads 598

On Friday A.K.A. the last day of school I slept over at Christopher's house. I got the Pokemon called Shaymin and Darkrai. I called Riley1 to tell him, but he wasn't very excited. Then I went to look for some more Pokemon, but none were found. Then later that night Christopher and I fell asleep watching television.

The next day we woke up, and had some pancakes. Then we got dressed, and beat Christopher's younger brother in halo. Then we went to a boy named Joseph's party. We raced little cars on a track. We also saw Riley1 at the party. Then after that Christopher and Riley1 slept over at my house. Riley1 brought his Xbox. We went to Ebay and then a guy on ebay had what I wanted and my mom let me buy it. Then we played some halo. Riley1 only played his Ds. Later we went to bed.

The next day we played at my house and then went to a rocket launch. They were only toys though. The first one was big. It got stuck in thorn bushes, but none of the people found it. The next rocket Christopher, Riley1 and I found it. When I launched mine it went so far no one found it. After we left the place Christopher left, but Riley1 slept over again.

The next day we had cinnamon toast crunch for breakfast. Then we went to the zoo. We were suprised to see my friend Tyler there. We talked a while and then later when we were done seeing the animals we went to drop Riley1 off.

Ocean Shores

Article posted July 9, 2007 at 11:42 PM GMT0 • Reads 392

On the fifth of July I went to Ocean Shores. We arrived around two o'clock. Then we met up with my friend Tyler, because we were too early to check in to our hotel. So we went to the beach. Tyler and I went boogie boarding. We got wet. Then we changed clothes in our cars, and checked if we could check into our hotel, but it was still too early. So we went to mini golf, but first we played at the arcade. I saved my tickets, but Tyler spent his. Then we played mini golf. I got two hole-in-ones, but my sister who is 4 got 3 so she had even more than I did. Then we went to the hotel we were there, and it was time to check in. We checked in then went to a pizza place. I had a Dr. pepper, and 3 slices of pepperoni pizza. I was so hungry. Then we went to the swimming pool at the hotel and my dad taught Tyler and I how to do a handstand underwater, then he taught how to do forward and backward flips under water. Tyler and I could do seven forward flips at a time. Later that night we played pool in the game room at the hotel. We also played some other games. We launched fireworks off. Then we each went back to our hotel rooms, and went to bed.

The next day we all met at the breakfast place in the hotel. I had a couple of bagels, and milk. Tyler had a muffin with a pastry, because he had his breakfast already. Later we met up, and went to B.J.'s family center. Tyler and I first did bumper cars. We had a lot of fun. Then we went to do slick cars. I got around third place, because I

got bumped even though you are not supposed to bump. After we did the slick cars again we went to do go karts. Tyler and I waited in a long line. When it was our turn we started to go in then we started our karts. When it was over Tyler and I got 3rd and 4th. Our dads got 1st and 2nd. Then we went to the beach. We went boogie boarding for a short time since it was cold. Then we went to the hotel, then went in the pool. After we did more stuff in the pool we went to the game room. We beat a game called CarnEvil it was really hard, because the last level the boss had lots of health, and it was hard to defeat him. When we defeated it Tyler slept in my hotel room. We watched TV then went to bed.

The next day we went to the same breakfast place. We had the same breakfast as usual. Then we left to go mini golfing. The people that went were my grandma, my dad, me, Tyler and his dad. I got two

hole-in-one's again. We went to the arcade in the

mini golf place. I got 746 tickets out of of one single game. Then we went to the beach to fly kites, it was fun, because our kites blew away.

When everyone was all worn out we went to the pool. We practiced swimming under water back and forth. I could swim from one side to another underwater. Then we went to the game room we played pool, but then we went back to the room shortly after we were at the game room. Tyler slept over again.

In the morning we went to a place called Maria's to eat, but Tyler didn't meet up with us. I had a large variety in my breakfast. After that we went to the pool to go swimming. Tyler was there

so we all swam together. Later we all went to the beach. Tyler and I dug a three feet deep hole.

When it was done we buried fake jewels in it. Then we videotaped the instructions on how to find our hole. Later we left Ocean Shores.
