David is a common king in the bible. God used David to rule over Israel after Sauls death. And helped Israel defeat many enemies, such as the Phillistines. David was the youngest in his family. He was good at playing the harp and played the harp for Saul to comfort him before he became king. David too was good at the sling shot to protect his sheep because he was a sheperd also. Information about David is in the old testement, he became king in 1 coronicles and it talks about him later on too. Fact: David wrote Psalms.
