Our School is in the North Island of New Zealand. Our class is called Poutama Ahurewa. We have 4 Classrooms with special names. Ngaa Taatai Whetu, Te Herenga Waka, and Te Kaahui Whetu.

What is Kapa Haka.......
Kapa Haka is a performance done by Maori people.
For boys there are real way to express your anger without hitting someone, and that is called are Haka.There a 7 songs in a kapa haka Bracket which are:
Waiata Tira(Choral)
Whakaeke(Entrance)
Waiata Koroua(Chant)
Waiata-A-Ringa(Action Song)
Poi(Ball on a string song)
Haka
Whakawatea(Exit)
and those are the 7 songs in a kapa haka bracket
and that is what maori culture is all about.
